  1. After the World Cup in 2014 and the euros in 2016 I didn’t see a light at the end of the tunnel. I really didn’t see England progressing far in tournaments for at least 10 years. So the 2018 World Cup was amazing for me. Problem is with England fans we are extremely forgetful. And expect way too much. Never enjoy the ride as we would rather bitch and moan about everything. If we won a World Cup final against France 2-1. Fans be moaning more about the goal we conceded then the trophy we had just won πŸ˜‚

  2. How silly the Sputhgate haters are.
He has helped England recover from the doldrums, built a positive atmosphere, brought in young talent, and is a genuine thoughtful and passionate guy.
The most successful England Manager since Alf Ramsey.

  3. 2018 World Cup, the memories man, it was my first year living by myself away from home (with mates) and my god it was the first time I felt settled in that new place cause it felt like home, surrounded by mates getting pissed up πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

  4. the only manager in world football that could win nothing with this squad, and add to the fact they gave them 3 home games and the final at home. a labrador would have won a cup with this squad. wake up

  5. The most dull human being, dullest coach and over privileged person associated with football. He's won nothing. Wasted talent beyond belief and is still playing the same dull style with his favourites. He should never have been anywhere near an England team, he's no footballing management pedigree, just another wasted dull 2 years being laughed at by every nation on the planet

  6. Most overrated coach most overrated set of players these England fans celebrate the run in tournaments it's about winning Croatia, Italy And France did us all a favour

  7. I mean an overhead kick in minutes added on @! Its a DREAM come true..an omen 4 the rest of tournament or just a slice of luck come Englands way? Im sceptical to say the least…but, yes but having said sceptical then i must BELIEVE in dreams….its coming home eh? You heard it first here….England 3 Switzerland 0….GET ON

  8. All the moany England fans need to refresh their memories and watch this, enjoy the Euro 2024 journey, thanks again to Gareth we are deep into a tournament, unprecedented for an England team. England will be stuffed when he goes, mark my words.

  9. Big credit to the Dutch. Good sportsmanship by them. The refs must not be biassed or be bent. If a team wins cheating there is no honour in the win. Well done to teams like Germany cwho are clean and fair unlike divers and dirty teams like Argentina and Italy. Well done to Romania whose team is only 10 million or so. I do love underdogs like them, Georgia, Albania Scotland and Wales. β€πŸŽ‰πŸ˜Š. Rooney had so much criticism but he suffered with injuries like his metartarsal but what a great player and well done Southgate. Im glad he has got to another final. Maybe they will play Toney and Ramsdale. He deserves 'his chance but Ben White is snubbed despite him being so good with Arsenal over many years. My only criticism is Southgate not always picking players fully fit and in top form.

  10. He will be sealed in history in the final of Euro 2024 against Spain tomorrow.

Gareth will have immortality for England.

  11. Watching this on the eve of the final, everyone would be happy for us to win one game now we talk about winning finals like we should be yet the critics still crawl out there holes every two years. Pathetic, gareth has done what he needed to do, if its playing crap football or good football hes got us to finals and given us what will be two chances to get to the top ofnworld football COME ON ENGLAND!

  12. Two faced kunts were booing him last week. Due to wasmonsters immigration policy only four England players will be playing for England. The rest are ?

  13. The amount of abusive he has had is unacceptable all the fans now cheering England on were being racist and abusive towards player England fans need to be ashamed of themselves

  14. Before Southgate took over England had won 1 knockout game in 12 years. Then he wins 9 in 6 years. But the fans and media push him out because he doesn't play attacking football. We really are a country of idiots. Back to obscurity after we do nothing in the 2026 world cup.

  15. People forget that England were a fairly weak team for that first tournament in the 2018 World Cup, I think that if you get to a semi final with that sort of team then the manager should get a lot of credit, another manager wouldn't even get them to the quarter finals.
Even with a relatively strong team in the 2021 Euros, I bet another manager would've ballsed up the first match against Croatia and definitely wouldn't have got past Germany.

  16. Sir Southgate has given us all hope as a country again and if you dont respect and appreciate the man for it we dont deserve to win anything. Thankyou Gareth ❀

  17. Anyone that puts southgates name in the mud isnt a true england fan. His record speaks for itself in his tenure regardless. Youve got to remember he wanted it just as much as we did. Thankyou for the moments sir gareth ❀
