  1. Sometimes like errant children, we need a scolding before we realise our errors. Thank you Klopp.
Thank you Trent. If he ever chooses to come back, he'll be welcomed with open arms.

  2. Couldn’t give a crap, actions speak louder than words. Crocodile tears at there best. Could have signed a new contract with a buyout clause like Grealish did with Villa so they got paid. He probably knew Real wouldn’t bother with him if they had to pay for him. They don’t value anyone, when he blows up there next season he will be looking for a way back to Liverpool like Phil. Grass isn’t always greener on the other side, he’s about to learn a life lesson.

  3. I think the supporters deserve some credit here. The booing during the Arsenal match drew a lot of criticism, but there's context now. The supporters expressed their justifiable displeasure at how he's handled himself during this departure, and whether you agree with their displeasure or not, they're entitled to feel the way the feel about the manner in which he has chosen to depart the club. That said, you can express your displeasure at a player but still adore him. Just a couple weeks after the booing, he gets the cheers and the standing ovation everyone knows he deserves, because the supporters love him. Those two things CAN and DO exist at the same time.
