AC Milan Fans Protest Club Leadership Amid Rafael Leão Transfer Speculations

On May 24, 2025, over 3,000 AC Milan supporters gathered outside the club’s headquarters, Casa Milan, to protest against the current leadership, including Gerry Cardinale, Giorgio Furlani, Paolo Scaroni, and Zlatan Ibrahimović. The fans expressed their dissatisfaction with the club’s management and recent performances, demanding significant changes at the top.

Amidst the unrest, star winger Rafael Leão has been linked with potential moves to Bayern Munich and Arsenal. Bayern Munich has reportedly initiated contact with Leão’s representatives, viewing him as a key target to bolster their attack. Similarly, Arsenal’s sporting director Andrea Berta has reportedly reached out to Leão, indicating the Gunners’ interest in securing his services.

Leão’s contract with AC Milan runs until 2028, but the club’s recent struggles and fan dissatisfaction may influence his decision regarding his future.

  1. As a AC Milan fan Who Is on the verge of giving up.. fuck It let him leave. The options are 2.. ether nothing changes and we decline fully, or the management listens to us and the protest, and sell.. get Maldini back a good coach, few players in and we can start dreaming again. ( They Better listen to the protest) Or i can feel something catastrophic happening next season, trust me. Milanisti Will not let this shit go easily.

  2. I’m sorry but I would sell Leao. I would get a player as good as Pulisic with that fire in his eyes. I would rather have 2 Pulisic than the Leao and Pulisic

  3. If you're a serious club, you shouldn't be considering anything less than 100M, especially with Theo leaving for around 30M,bbut because this board is a f*** off, if they get 75M they are selling right away sadly

  4. Im a Bayern fan and im mixed on this rumor. From what I have seen of him he’s too hot and cold. He either puts a 9 or 10/10 or a 3/10 performance with little in between

  5. Chiesa is over 50% quality of Rafa Lookman is over 50% quality and they both have fire in them than Rafa. Itos true Rafa has amazing abilities but he is too lazy. There is a player in atletico madrid his name is Requelmi I dunno is I got the spelling correctly . Luis Diaz of Liverpool but most of these guys would only come if we have a better plan or a Maldini. I love Rafa but I’d sell him in a heartbeat

  6. Im fine with selling Leao. To me he would make a better "Robin" then a "Batman". While he is on the squad i dont see management bringin in a true "Batman". I think a change will help the player and the team.

  7. @Hajjball I agree with you that we should not sell Rafa Lea. But if he stays, don’t you think he would have a similar campaign as the previous ones (when Maldini was not around that is; last 2 years) because the management won’t properly build the team around core players like him?
For me, it is hard to tell who goes and who stays because the management are clueless! Selling Leao or keeping him might be good or bad depending on what management does as far as rebuilding the team and the direction they decide towards.
We are not in the days where we could look at Milan and say with confidence this person can stay and this person should go.
Any decision they make in the market can only be evaluated after they are done with the market and we see how the team is shaping to become (unfortunately)

  8. I'm a Bayern fan, from I saw in the video and the comments I'm reading below, I couldn't imagine that milan atmosphere is the same as Manchester united which is the worst in Europe. There's no guarantee that lazy leao would change his mentality in Bayern winning nature under kompany especially we suffered from horrible sané and hope he's leaving now for sure. We had enough from those years with leao , sané types ….. Hope Bayern keeps away from him

  9. Bro if reijnder, theo, pulisic goes we're fked but if leao goes on top of even one of the previously mentioned sales we're doomed even if we sell leao and only one of them. The team will go under. We will be in the same level as lecce… this board is disgustingly greedy. They're too cocky, as if nothing could happen to them when they're walking out in the street somewhere. Billionaires who have no idea about football should not be allowed to be owners. Atleast not American owners. I'd rather have Saudi owners because they just throw money. But these owners are the worst that has happened to milan for about 10 years. Disgusting..

  10. I'd sell him and Theo and pick up Recce , if he wasn't such a cancer I'd pick up Chiesa. Instead I'd buy a young hungry Argentinian who defends and attacks or that young Spanish forward that Como picked up at mid season. Anything but Divas, you're supposed to lead this team into history not into mediocrity.

Zeroli, Barthesaghi, Liberali, Camarda all need playing time. There are definitely players out there that could contribute significantly and not be such a distraction. If Leão stays I wouldn't be mad , but Theo is a wingback that doesn't defend that's ridiculous.

  11. Leao needs to leave, I saw him play in the final, doesnt have that mentality sadly, but has the skill. The thing is the argument that we didnt help him absolutely nonsense, he got number 10, hes a starter, got to pic the manager, has a massive voice, was allowed to make an music album. He needs to go, we need to set a new mentality, not even Conceicao could put that fire on him like had in our serie A win. Id rather sell Leao then Rejndires if that's on the table, another attacker we can find it but a world class midfielder is hard…

  12. Bayern gave up on Wirtz cause they dont have the money. Leao aint leaving unless they pay the buyout sum of money. So basically Bayern aint got enough for Leao

  13. Agree Leao is their best player but seem like complete change is needed in Milan including selling some of their best players – depends what the new coach has in mind

  14. Who to put on Left wing? Christian PULISIC!
He prefers playing LW! (in a 2022 article with Nicholas Mendola.) Withthe same number of 34 Serie A appearances, Pulisic made 22 goal contributions (11 goals, 11 assists) to Leao's 18 (8 goals, 10 assists).
In this difficult time of Milan, keep the players who show grinta, sell the players who walk.

  15. Anyone who says leao is milans best player just looks at his rating on fifa cus whenever that man plays the others have to give 200% because this guy is too good to run a bit like everyone else, his goals and assists mean nothing when he didnt help out milan at all by clutching important games or just overall helping the team by showing a higher work rate
