JSL is crap, as is Guedes. Rest of them struggle to string 2 passes together.

Wasn’t the best starting line up so wasn’t expecting a win, Sarabia and Gomes looked like strangers in first half with simple passes going astray and we were punished for individual mistakes.
This Wolves team, half second string , is simply not good enough to compete in the Premier League. At least 6 players are required in the summer including a gk, centre back , two wing backs and two goal scoring forwards. Unless there is substantial investment at Wolves then I'm not so sure they will survive in the premier league beyond next season. This is an incredibly disappointing end to the season following a diabolical performance against Brighton and I see no relief forthcoming against Brentford on Sunday.
I don't want to end the season on four Ls.. probably feels worse because i needed a lift, worse when other things arent right. Fair analysis as often is Harry.

"Nothing game"? Every league position is worth 3million! Same old end of season fade out. Since 2021, we have only won ONE game in the month of May.
It was NOT a nothing game! It means a lot, we could now end up 17th and finish the season with four straight defeats – that would be a terrible disappointment.
You are right, Bentley was poor. Sa may have saved two of the goals. Bellegarde and Rodrigo Gomes were poor too, I thought. And both Sarabia and Guedes had little significant impact though they provided occasional glimpses of decent play. Djiga was withdrawn at half-time. We defended really poorly tonight, two such sloppy needless goals inside ten minutes of having taken the lead.
I don't think we surrendered however. We had plenty of possession, won ten corners to zero but failed to deal with Palace's quick breaks and we seemed to lose every second ball. It wasn't a terrible performance; with a prevailing wind a draw would have been a reasonable result, but you can't concede four goals and expect to draw.
Hughes is a dirty thug and fouled every time he challenged.

Disappointing that we win 6 games on the trot, to get up the league, but now potentially we could lose 4 on the trot. Sarabia was crap, Guedes not much better, and Ait- Nouri to many fancy flicks. Overall I was disappointed with this performance,and I’m sorry they are on the beach already. If Samedo goes, what with Cunah, Ait Nouri, Sarabia, Guedes, Doyle, and Hwang we have got a big,big problem. Great vid again Harry.🐺

I have to disagree, i don't think Bentley was the problem – it was our defiance/midfield giving the ball too often and we didn't challenge their goalkeeper much

I think VP picked the team he did to further demonstrate to Jeff Shi the number of players we should clear out and vis-a-vis the number of players we need to bring in.
The display showed our lack of depth even before we have a clear out.
I predict another relegation battle next year, I feel Leeds can stay up, Burnley / Sheffield U or Sunderland won’t leaving a third team to drop.

Wolves seemed to look relaxed and the end of the season is near. The game was a bit of a mess in parts, with a lot of changes and new players to try out. We are staying up so it’s the time to trial these players. Bentley looked like a fish out of water with low confidence, he did his best. Palace were on a high off the back of the cup win, so it was always going to be a tricky game, bring on next season❤
I have always rated Sa as a very good keeper unlike many of are fan base, mind you RG ain't ready for the prem and a few players, big summer ahead VP disappointed well look at the team he put out 6 wins in a row and probably end with 4 losses the feel good factor well and truly gone I don't trust Shi Fosun come be another relegation battle next season it's wolves that was diabolical to watch and 90 + mins were never get back lol😂😂
Too late for me to watch live (6 hours ahead of the UK) so just watched the highlights and read the reports and comments. Suffice to say there'll be no pints downed by VP. LLL the last 3 games don't look good on paper against 3 good sides, just hope Sunday is better.
Don't worry Harry, we often learn from losses than we do from wins. Pereira was a carbon copy of you last night during the post match interview. He was fuming and couldn't wait to get back to training ground this morning. It is worrying that the whole team exhibited traits from January this year, away from home against a team that was not a million miles away from them in terms of points in the league at Selhurst Park last night. There is definitely an attitude problem with these players when it is expected of them to perform against any team above them in the league home and away. Pereira must be given support to remove players like Ait Nouri and Cunha and bring players like Agbadou in to lead the team from August next year. Got a feeling Djiga is a bit of a dud at this early stage of his career.
Looking at the highlights, we had some good chances in the second half almost unlucky! But kin ell we gave it away, the changes in defense killed it, with the help of Bentley even I thought he was better than that!

I am happy with what Vitor tried. Ie give other players a chance and try others in different positions with a view to next season. Not happy at all with players not taking the opportunity. Proves for me that a number need to go. We are still a long way from a good side and Vitor has a lot to do. I hope Shi recognised this and is prepared to finance the step change needed. Vitor wouldn’t want a pint on this performance. Djiga a disappointment for me. He needs a lot more work to come good at this level. A lot of also rans didn’t even run… they need shipping out.
Bentley was bloody hopeless on all the goals (let him off the second obviously but the rest…?) And I definitely agree that he isn't good enough as that performance showed in spades. But then he is our number 2 so it's not a major issue right now. I also think Djiga is still inexperienced at that level and the first goal was more Rodrigo Gomes' fault anyway. Why won't some defenders just knock the ball out these days? Even Agabadou was sloppy tbh. Thankfully we have Mosquera to come back.
Better to find out now and get a half decent back up GK for next season as I don't expect Johnston to be here

Four terrible mistakes but it's the same old story we're not going down so why bother.I said the other week we won't win any of the last four games left.
Last night and against Brighton shows what level we need to achieve next term to try to compete for the top half of the table spots and we are miles behind. All teams will strengthen so this upcoming transfer summer will probably be the most important and defining period since we came up.

Bentley was under serious pressure from the stuff ups downfield. Just friggin lazy! Mistake after turnover, after mistake. Very hard watch. Nice goal from JSL though. 1 to go and then my winter efforts with St Kilda in the AFL.

Hi Harry, during my time supporting Wolves (57 years) this is the poorest weve been in the goalkeeping department! Sa is way the best of the three but still has too many mistakes in him. I agree, work to be done! The Summer starts now! I don't want to see the usual Wolves!! A few signings after pre-season. Give Vitor the green light and hit next season running!
