Beth love your shows but saying Ederson isn't press resistant or can't travel with the ball is like saying I don't watch Ederson. He is a brilliant carrier of the ball, box to box player but it's really good driving at players. Please watch Atalanta and watch his game. He would be ideal in our midfield and can handle the physicality of the league
Cunha isn’t coming here unless United beat Spurs. No European competition, no players are coming. Why would any agent recommend their players coming to this club when that club is mired in 16th place, no European competition, and an absolutely incompetent ownership?

It's not a system problem but a player quality problem. With a good coach, the system can change from one match to another and even during the match. Good quality and high class players in different positions can easily adapt to any system. The big question is given that MU is a big world club why do we always buy average players while small teams have high level players. Believe me the problem is at the level of the recruiting entity. MU deserves high level and world class players and coaches.

Transfer talks dont mean anything until after the Europa final. Then we can talk about likely transfers. United does not have the pulling power anymore. We are in an absolute mess on and off the pitch. We need to take off our Nostalgia goggles.

Tbf if we do win Europa and make the CL the pessimist in me says we won't do well in the PL or CL, thus we won't have European football next season at all… unless we win the FA cup and repeat the cycle all over again… 😮

It's quite scary how much reinforcements we need. .. We are so threadbare in many areas of the team.
I don't even think Cunha is a priority. I mean I'd like to have him but there are other pressing issues.
I think we need a LWB and RWB because Dorgu and Dalot aren't good enough to be starting and they are crucial to the Amorim system.
We also need a CM like Ederson, because we don't have enough midfielders. We only got Ugarte and Mainoo. Casemiro and Eriksen can't cope with the PL and Bruno is better in the 10 position.
And of course a center forward is an absolute must.
Goalkeeper must also be changed
So to sum up the priority is
1. Striker
2. CM
3. LWB
4. RWB
5. GK
also needed but not a priority
1. A number 10 (ie Cunha) because we have a lot of number 10s anyway (Bruno, Amad, Zirkzee, Mount etc.)
2. A center back because we seem to be getting a lot of injuries there
3. Another midfielder
I personally have all faith in amorin bringing good exciting football back to the club I just have no faith in ineos and glazers backing him
