I have had this happen to me while playing basketball. My knee hyper extended directly underneath me. I felt my knee go backwards, my body did the exact same thing Coman does. It almost pops you into the air like a spring unloading. I was extremely lucky because I was completely fine after it happened. I got up and continued to play. I will never forget the insane feeling of my knee folding backwards in the middle of sprinting

I watched it on TV and these injuries were the most frightening because Coman had no idea what happened but he knew he was in trouble
I did this exact same thing in basketball my junior year… planted so hard on my left leg I did a somersault in mid air and landed with a concussion and a messed up knee… speedy recoveries to you man
