Unfortunately, Ghana hasn’t learnt much from this disaster. Hooliganism continue to reign in the nation’s top and lower tier leagues.
Most recent case in point happened on 2nd Feb, 2025. Nana Pooley Frimpong, an Asante Kotoko fan, was stubbed and died in an away match with Nsoatreman FC.
As at the time of publishing this video, his killer has not been found, and justice has not been served.
