Fabrizio Romano has confirmed there is genuine interest in Bruno Fernandes from Saudi clubs for a summer transfer.

Well, firstly, I’m not surprised. Secondly, there’s a few things I need to say about any idea of selling Bruno this summer and yeah, this one seems quite straight forward to me but I see a lot of United fans talking…

  1. Is there a price for you when it comes to selling Bruno Fernandes this summer or is he simply unsellable as far as Manchester United are concerned? Genuinely curious to see what the chat says.

  2. As much as I think he’s amazing, 200 million or above the sell sell sell, we can use it to purchase 3 really good world class players

  3. I think it depends on whether he wants to go or not. United shouldn’t be force to sell him if he doesn’t want to go. If he wants to go, I would ask for a world record transfer fee similar to Neymar (200 million pounds)?

  4. If Utd pull off winning the Europa league then it’s a flat NO. However if we get beaten then £150m plus £100 from our summer budget will help Ruben build a squad in his own image. Let’s face it we won’t be challenging Liverpool, Arsenal or City for the title for 2 seasons at least. The vast majority of our squad isn’t good enough over a 38 game season. They can be amazing in 1 of ties like they have proven with the 2 cup wins, but we are Utd & winning our domestic league & Champions League should always be our priority. I started watching Utd in the early 80’s & it wasn’t always pretty. We got spoiled in the mid 90’s & 00’s under Sir Alex. It genuinely feels like so much change is needed/required. I hope & pray Sir Jim will be patient enough with Ruben & keep the faith. However I do wish sometimes Ruben would be more flexible with the teams shape. He needs to be able to switch to a back 4 when certain games demand it & have the extra body in midfield. Which team wins midfield generally wins most games

  5. Special moments are ahead of him with utd b/c he sacrifices a lot individually to bring back this team…..Though the choice is upon him we greatly need him

  6. If they offered something ridiculous, like 220 million; shattering the transfer record, I think they should take it.
As ‘unsellable’ as Bruno is, that money put back into the club would be game changing. Especially for a 30 year old, who will not be the same player in 2 years time.. as much as I hate to say it.

  7. The coutinho comparison falls down because Coutinho wanted to go to Barcelona and it made sense to sell a player who wanted to leave for 120 mil. There's no money that could buy Bruno Fernandes who wants to stay.

  8. No amount of money can replace Bruno. There are just no guarantees when you look at the players we could sign for any amount of money that they could replace his intelligence, work, attitude, creative output, mentality.

  9. 1. This is Annoying that just before our biggest game of the season they’re taking about our best player could leave! Great way to upset the team!

    2. For £115m you will only get 2 Top players maybe 1 with our own cash!

    3. We are a very weak minded team with hardly any leaders and he is One of them on & off the pitch.

    4. Casemiro could go alongwith Evans, Lindelof, Eriksen & maybe Shaw, so it’s a super young team.

    5. £150m plus & UCL could bring in Mbeumo, Cunha plus Osihmen/Gyokeres as can replace his wages for Osihmen.

    6. Still would need to go and get Wharton with additonal cash

    7. Will need MDL, Martinez, Maguire & Ugarte to really step up

  10. The irony is that I believe that Bruni leaving will make us better. Not because he is bad but because we can get system players. We scored 3 goals on Sunday without him. Other teams win and they don't hVe him in their team. w/o Bruno we'll be fine. A striker, a 10, a RB and 2 CMs sort this team out.

  11. Any United fan that thinks selling Bruno is a good idea needs to get their head examined…
… and if you can't realise what level of player he is, go do one… and while at it, switch clubs… or better yet, pick another sport to follow coz you know nothing. No amount of money is enough

  12. He has been our best signing since SAF and best player since he joined. I don't want him to leave but if we get anything near £150 I don't mind.
We can improve a lot of positions

  13. LET HIM RETIRED FOR MAN UNITED IN HIS CAREER BRUH…
    HIS 30th ALREADY
GIVE GOOD PLAYER AROUND HIM AND MAKE TROPHY FOR A COUPLE YEARS TILL HE RETIRED 😍

  14. Sell him for 150 mill
It will light up the new phase
We have relied on him too much these past years.

    Sign Cunha 65mil
    Sign barella 75mill
    Sign Adam Wharton 40mil
    Sign Liam delap 35mil
    Sign Hujseen 45mil
Sign cherki 40mill + 5 on add ons
Sign ederson 45mill +5 on add ons
Sign osihmen 60mil +10 mill performance based addons, if we can get these players in the squad we Def gonna be contesting the league with

Def. Dalot, Dorgu, Aiden Heaven, Lisandro Martinez, Dean Hujseen, Mazraoui, Deligt, Leny Yoro

Mid. Mainoo, Ugarte, Ederson, Barella, Sekou Kone, Adam Wharton.

Att. Cherki, Amad, Cunha, Garnacho, Osihmen, Delap,Zirkzee, Obi
Thats 22 senior sqaud members + 4 promising accademy graduates

sell, hujlund 45 mil, rashford 40 mil, Anthony 40mil accept installments if possible, Sancho 25mil, let Shaw, Erickson, Evans, casemiro, Maguire, lindelof leave

  15. I’d hate this but $150M for Bruno would work pretty much like an academy sale as his original transfer has already been amortised.

This would be 4/5 £75M players in one swoop

  16. 200 million and it's a deal. He's irreplacable for a like for like player. The question is would we re-invest all the proceeds of the sale on new players that fit Amorins system? Does Bruno feel he deserves trophies and can he afford to wait for a rebuild? I can't see him going to Saudi, I'd be more worried about him angling for a move to Madrid instead. I'm all for selling him if he wants to leave, but only for 200 million because to a team full of superstars he improves them, that can't be said about too many other players.

  17. I love Bruno to death. It would take a bid of $200M for me to even consider the idea of selling him. Yes, that money would allow us to kickstart our new era under Ruben Amorim – but I'd still love Bruno to win the league of Champions League with us before he leaves.

  18. I have been watching United for 25 years now, and I have never seen another player who is as constantly available as him and puts in the minutes that he has done.

  19. We need a conductor in midfield desperately, Bruno is doing more than a decent job there but long term we do need one or two. Its apparent when we watch Vitinha at PSG or Pedri at Barcelona, that we severely need a player in that mold. Whether Mainoo can develop into that or the club brings in somebody who is exactly that remains to be seen. I would rather not sell Bruno and build the team around him which the club has failed to do so far.

  20. If Bruno leaves then Amorims job becomes so much harder because he loses an important connection between himself and the attitude he is trying to breed in the players, Bruno lives that attitude and leads by example, if he goes you are taking any progress that amorim has made and starting at absolute zero
