If it was a low enough price then maybe but I don't think spurs will want him to strengthen us and I don't think they will let him go for a low fee. So the better option given his injury record and the likely high price spurs will put on him I would try for a loan with an option to buy ( not an obligation)if he hits certain targets or number of games / mins ect but again I don't think they will go for that
