Craig and Keegan look ahead to this weekends game against Ipswich Town at St James’ Park. The big news of the week was the return of Eddie Howe as he has overcome Pneumonia which ruled him out for 3 games.
The lads need to bounce back after the heavy defeat to Aston Villa to maintain our top 5 position and a return to the Champions League.
Ipswich are almost certain to head back to the Championship and a defeat would confirm this but their away form isn’t as bad as their league position suggests and with Liam Delap leading the line they could cause us some problems and throw us massive Banana skin our way.
Can the lads do another league double and maintain our push in the final 5 games of what has already been a superb season?

The Villa game showed signs of fatigue kicking which is to be expected at this stage of the season with a fairly thin squad. Getting back to one game a week is massive for us as is the return of Eddie. Mad Dog has been brilliant in his absence but now we need to knuckle down a get that win against Ipswich. Would love a repeat of the Palace game to give our GD a boost but I've got a feeling it'll be closer than we want it to be but still expect us to come away with the win.
Into them !!! 😊
Hope I'm wrong but I've got a bad feeling about this
It's an Easter miracle. The King has risen. We'll smash these Tractor Boys all over. Game done before half time just like against the Eagles.
With the return of Eddie and all still to play for, I'm very confident of three points against Ipswich. Who being honest are not a quality outfit, hence relegation.
Backing the lads for a 3-0 win.
HWTL.
Don't want to throw cold water but Delap is good enough to want to be first choice and there are plenty of top teams who could do that. So in my view we stand little chance. Maybe the coaching position may persuade him 🤞Chelsea don't have a decent first choice striker. Ditto Arsenal. Man U will offer greater wages. Hope I'm wrong 🤣
It was good to see Eddie at the press conference on Friday
Where is Bobby, I have not him on the chat for 3 months ?
