Interesting Contract in Hugo Lloris’ Transfer Contract

There is an interesting clause in Hugo Lloris’ transfer contract. Such that Hugo Lloris’ first contract at Tottenham included that he would earn £7000 for every match he started. He also got £8000 for every win and £3500 for every defeat. What do you think about this?
