Why is this even news, he should not play. Even if Arsenal win at Palace, Liverpool will get the win they need eventually. Save him for PSG.
Please Arteta don't play Saka, leave him out of the team lineup and play Nwaneri full time. I'll even advise that we should not start Rice but start Partey since he won't be playing in the first leg. Start Nathan Butler Oyedeji instead of Trossard. We need to rest our best against PSG.
